Why did you join Ethos?

I joined Ethos because I was inspired by the goal of protecting families and the passion that the entire team at Ethos brings to the growth and improvement of that goal.

When have you felt most fulfilled in your career?

I have felt most fulfilled in my career when I can see the real-world impact of my work and hear stories of users who have benefited from the products and solutions I have worked on.

How have you shown leadership in your current role?

By driving improved visibility into partnership performance and metrics across various stages in the funnel. This allows us to be more proactive in identifying areas of opportunity and improve our velocity of product enhancements.

Who has been your greatest motivator/ mentor, and how have they impacted you professionally?

My greatest motivator is always the teammates around me. I love working in analytics because you learn so much about how colleagues approach problems uniquely and are always willing to bounce around ideas and approaches to the best possible solutions.
