What do you love most about Ethos?
The access to and collaboration with domain experts with rich field experience. They are a treasure trove of knowledge and are rare in many product firms. No idea is too big at Ethos, and just the fact that we encourage non-linear bets makes me feel encouraged to start work every day.

Why did you join Ethos?
I joined Ethos because I wanted to be part of a smaller, mission-driven team that is more agile than the large product team I previously worked with. Ethos’s use of technology to solve real-world problems aligned with my values. As part of the partnerships team, I have found the perfect balance of building new products, innovation, and impact.

What do you want others to know about Ethos?
I want others to know that Ethos is passionately mission-driven and dedicated to revolutionizing the antiquated life insurance industry. While life insurance may not have the ‘cool’ factor of mobility or developer experience, the work is deeply gratifying by enhancing the accessibility of financial protection for countless individuals and families. On top of that, just the number of opportunities available for each new member is incredible.

Kunal Anand joined Ethos in July 2022 as a Senior Product Manager.
