How have you shown leadership in your current role?
Developing thematic directions across the entire consumer experience. 2021 was the year of Estimate Widget; 2022 was the year of Coverage Needs; aiming for 2023 to be the year of reinventing Preinterview in a way that sets us up to expand our product range.

What do you love most about Ethos?
My team. Shoutout to the Team Top Fun (“top of funnel” ;D ) developers and designers who are incredibly dedicated at collaborating and executing on creative solutions for user problems.

What makes Ethos different from other companies you’ve worked for?
I love figuring out how to optimize user funnels (aka, getting people to buy things on the internet). At Ethos, I get to use those powers for good. Every successful new feature here means that more families are protected.
