Ethos Employee Spotlight: Sachin Kulkarni

What has been your proudest professional moment this year?

The release of medical claims in reissue stands as my proudest moment, as it propelled Ethos into an entirely new realm of term insurance underwriting.

What is your greatest professional accomplishment?

Within a year, I successfully nurtured and expanded Vizury (a pre-series A Indian adtech company) in China, growing it from ground zero to a team of 25 employees. Our product gained substantial traction, with over 100 Chinese Ecommerce, Travel, and Group Buying companies utilizing it during that time.

What do you love most about Ethos?

I love my team and the rest of the Ethosaurs!!!! As Jack Welch says “No company, small or large, can win over the long run without energized employees who believe in the mission and understand how to achieve it.”

What do you want others to know about Ethos?

I aim to convey that Ethos is not your typical startup. It stands out by being intensely focused on unit economics, demonstrating a strong bias for action, and maintaining unwavering ethical standards. It’s important for others to recognize that Ethos is truly unique.
