What has been your proudest professional moment this year?
I’m proud of the quality and efficiency I bring to the table and the mentorship I provide in sharing the knowledge I have acquired with the team.
Who has been your greatest mentor, and how have they impacted you professionally?
I have been fortunate to have several mentors who gave me opportunities and taught me the value of hard work and dedication. Most importantly, they helped me become a better version of myself.
When have you felt most fulfilled in your career?
I felt a deep sense of fulfillment when I successfully resolved a complex customer issue that had caused frustration for weeks. The customer’s heartfelt gratitude emphasized the positive impact I had on their experience. This situation reinforced the importance of effective communication and problem-solving in our work, reminding me of the difference we can make in our customers’ lives.
What makes Ethos different from other companies you’ve worked for?
